Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our flours are food products, so we follow these simple rules for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is packed — from My account or by calling us
- Paid online orders that are cancelled are refunded in full
Damaged, wrong or short items
If a pack arrives torn, wet, wrong or short, send a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund the amount for that item.
Returns
For hygiene reasons opened food packs cannot be returned, except for quality issues.
Refund time
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval (Razorpay). Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent by UPI / bank transfer.
